I loved the place. The staff were attentive and extremely polite. The hotel's breakfast was amazing. The location was magnificent, near to Perth and the region, the train station, and the centre. Everything was lovely. I recommend. Very good breakfast with "butler" service. Consider individual travel plan for the very early departure, a breakfast bag was specially arranged the day before. Rain shower!

Everything was first-class from the excellant service to the excellent food. The location was lovely and fantastic, for example, a regimental museum was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was spotless and en suite with comfy bed and excellent breakfast, I felt comfortable there.

Had an awesome stay on this short visit. The restaurant was great for dinner, we ordered warm dishes.

The stay was pleasant with a comfortable double room and ensuite shower waiting upon arrival, making it a great home base for our trip.

Simply nothing is ever too much trouble here, making for a great stay. the hotel is extremely beautiful, housed in a nicely renovated Edwardian style building. - the staff is helpful and excellent, providing fantastic service. - the hotel's location is in a quiet area close to major sites in Perth. - It's conveniently located near bus lines, a big supermarket like Morrisons, and Perth city centre with a variety of restaurants. - the breakfast served in the dining room is absolutely gorgeous.
